Facilities and Capacity
The venue’s clubhouse boasts several refined banquet halls suitable for weddings of varying sizes.
The largest function room, the Panorama Room, offers couples a luxurious space to celebrate with their loved ones. Suitable for weddings of up to 180 guests, this room features wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the surrounding greenery. Attached is a spacious patio that allows for additional mingling space as well as scenic photo opportunities.
The Garden Room is another banquet room with its own unique features. The room exudes modern elegance and exhibits garden-like features, including a wooden bridge set over an indoor koi pond. It also has private patio access and can accommodate events of up to 90 attendees.
The intimate Fireside Room is ideal for small weddings or related events including rehearsal dinners and engagement parties for up to 40 guests. As its name implies, a large fireplace is the focal point of this room’s setting.
Couples who choose to hold their reception in our Panorama Room may also exchange vows on the lawn with the rolling golf course as their backdrop. The lawn can be adapted to fit many configurations to suit weddings of varying sizes. For receptions held in one of our other event spaces, other picturesque indoor and outdoor ceremony locations are also available.
Hazelmere Golf & Country Club has a professional events team that works with each couple planning their wedding here. To help stay organized, an online coordination system provides 24-hour access to all shared documents, tasks and discussions in one easy-to-navigate portal made specially for the event. The culinary team offers several menus that soon-to-be newlyweds can personalize according to their tastes. On the day of the wedding, an appointed member of staff will be on-site throughout the duration of the festivities to ensure everything is executed seamlessly. Items such as microphones, linens, and more are supplied by the venue. Couples will also have access to a wide array of additional event rental items that they can use to enhance their event space, and a list of preferred vendors can be provided at request. Staff will setup and tear down the event space for the convenience of the happy couple.
