Banquet Manager: Karen Boag
With 10+ years of experience in the Customer Service and Hospitality Industry, Karen puts her all into every event she coordinates. With a background in Marketing, and her many years working at multiple Golf Courses, she is always looking for new and innovative ways to expand and build the Banquet Department at Hazelmere. When Karen is not in the office, you can find her out golfing, or spending time with her family.
Event Coordinator: Hilary MacDonald
Hilary originally started working at Hazelmere in 2009 where she began as a banquet server. After graduating from SFU and pursuing a career in management and customer service, she fell in love with the hospitality industry. With her attention to detail and passion for event planning, she will ensure your experience at Hazelmere is one to remember. Hilary loves spending time with family and on her days off you can find her outdoors with her two young sons.
Event Coordinator: Aliyah Brathwaite
With 4+ years of experience at Hazelmere, Aliyah started as a banquet server before taking on the role of Captain and, finally, Coordinator. Her experience in the Banquet Department has given her a strong understanding of hospitality and event service, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Aliyah is excited to continue building her knowledge and career within the hospitality industry. When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and making the most of her time outdoors.
Event Coordinator: Jasleen Grewal
With a passion for creating memorable events and a strong background in customer service and hospitality, Jasleen brings a detail-oriented and creative approach to the Hazelmere team. She enjoys working closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to reality and that every celebration is executed seamlessly. When she’s not coordinating events, Jasleen enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Her attention to detail and dedication to exceptional customer service ensure that every couple feels supported throughout their wedding planning journey.
