The venue’s clubhouse boasts several refined banquet halls suitable for weddings of varying sizes.
The Panorama Room
Featuring beautiful vaulted, cedar ceilings and classic chandeliers, The Panorama Room creates a timeless setting for any event. The elegance of the Panorama Room is enhanced by a stone set fireplace, a mid-century modern bar and hardwood dance floor. The adjacent patio offers views of the golf course and provides a picturesque backdrop for your event. With a capacity of up to 200 guests, this is the ideal venue to celebrate any occasion.
The Garden Room
The Garden Room is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful skylight. These windows flood the space with warm, natural light. Enjoy the tranquility of the indoor koi pond as you take in the picturesque views of the golf course from the patio. The Garden Room is most suitable for intimate events between 30 and 70 guests.
Panorama Room Ceremony Locations
The Green
Located just off the Panorama Room patio, the beautifully manicured lawn is surrounded by greenery, flowers and neighbouring ponds, creating a picturesque backdrop for your ceremony. Say ‘I Do’ under our old growth maple tree, complimented by our white ceremony arbour.
The Fireplace
The Panorama Room’s stone fireplace set with a cedar wood mantle provides a cozy backdrop for you and your partner to say your ‘I do’’s. Decorate with cascading florals and warm candles to make this space romantic.
Garden Room Ceremony Locations
The Terrace
The Terrace is the patio space adjacent to The Garden room. The manicured flowerbeds, greenery and backdrop views of the golf course provide a desirable location for your ceremony.
The Alcove
The Garden Room’s large skylight and wide paned windows allow for ample natural light to fill your ceremony space. The unique alcove provides an intimate spot to gather for your ceremony.
Services Offered
Hazelmere Golf & Country Club has a professional events team that works with each couple planning their wedding here. To help stay organized, an online coordination system provides 24-hour access to all shared documents, tasks and discussions in one easy-to-navigate portal made especially for the event. The culinary team offers several menus that soon-to-be newlyweds can personalize according to their tastes. On the day of the wedding, an appointed staff member will be on-site throughout the festivities to ensure everything is executed seamlessly. The venue supplies items such as microphones, linens, and more. Couples will also have access to a wide array of additional event rental items that they can use to enhance their event space, and a list of preferred vendors can be provided at their request. Staff will set up and tear down the event space for the convenience of the happy couple.
